As a highly acclaimed chef, Asif Mehrudeen, is an enthusiastic restaurateur who has great passion for extraordinary food. This desire has driven him to travel the world in search of various culinary secrets. While he was in Guangdong, he immediately fell in love with the authentic taste and endless variety of cooking techniques in Cantonese cuisine. When Asif arrived back in Vietnam, he has a desire to provide the finest quality of food using healthy cooking techniques coupled with a high standard of hygiene to improve the standard living of Vietnam. Teaming up with Raymond, an experience expert in the hospitality industry from Singapore, the two decided to bring that dream to reality with SFL. With a uniting vision, these two owners from different cultural backgrounds thus established their very first SFL restaurant in HCM city, Vietnam.
